Premier League is a professional Football League on England and Wales. It is the country's primary football competition. Premier League founded since 20 February 1992. And then , why most of people call Premier League as Barclays Premier League ? Because , Premier League currently sponsored by Barclays Bank and therefore officially known as the Barclays Premier League.
It was participated by 20 clubs. The Premier League is a corporation in which the 20 member clubs act as shareholders. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 38 matches each. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played during weekday evenings. A team must be played Home (play in the own city and own stadium) and Away (play in the rival's city and rival's stadium).
There were 5 BIG CLUB in the BPL which it's famous in the world too. They were Manchester United , Chelsea , Liverpool , Arsenal , and Manchester City. The most championships is Manchester United (19) from Manchester. Manchester United also the current champions (2010/2011).
